god bless america. i am not from this country. i came from an island in the west indies where i first heard this song in 1974 when i was on the island of nevis, west indies where i was born. in 1973 i had started my songwriting career before arriving in the states in 1979 and by 1983, i landed my first top single pick song called, 'get into the love groove,' in billboard top single pick on june 4, 1983. 'fish ain't biting song' inspired me that i can do it! control my own destiny.

protest around the world, 'occupy wall street.' those people realize what's goes around, must come around.... i think the protest is full of hypocrysy. i was not invited to the economic party. now the party is over! 'fish ain't biting.'

This song 'Fish Ain't Biting' had inspired ny songwriting career, one of many songs.
I landed my first song called, 'GET INTO THE LOVE GROOVE' in billboard top single pick category in billboard magazine on june 4, 1983. I then became a writer-publisher with Broadcast Music Incorporated. I moved on and recorded other songs and started my own record label call Lake Brothers records, Inc.
