in my opinion i like the chest gear a lil on the tighter side i like the fell of it as a part of my body then away from my body but it is a opinion

when i was sparring in yellow belt, my black belt senior kept asking me if i got the chest gear tightly fit to my body, then half way thru the fight i got very exhaust and hard to breathe because of the tightness, i think this video is good

i'm still new to tkd and only have been to 2 training sessions and my instructor's requirements or only requirement for us new students is to split. can you have any tips to stretch your muscles easily until you can split without any serious injury?

@iDoggieChan These stretches will help: /watch?v=HVyNSsnpNjM - overall take your time and work up to it. Doing a split really has nothing to do with how good you are at taekwondo, so I wouldn't worry too much about whether you can do it or not.
