The Shaun Downey Portrait Prize

At Shaun Downey's exhibition "Blue Coco Fest", which was held at Engine gallery in May, photographer Matt Barnes helped raise funds for the first annual Shaun Downey portrait prize. This award was given to the painter who showed promise in portrait painting at the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition, which takes place at Toronto City Hall every July.

Half of the prize money was donated by Shaun Downey, the remaining half was raised at his event.
