play #2 in not traveling...the player receiving the pass clearly dribbles the ball to help establish control of the ball. Your video assumes he has control once both hands grab the ball - but he bounces the ball initially before grabbing it...thus the dribble is a part of his move and allowed to establish a pivot foot on the turn - this is not a travel in my rule book

play #1 is not a travel.
pivot foot can leave the ground,but it can't land again.
That means:you can lift pivot to shoot or pass before the time it lands.
this play was legal.
