It's disrespectful for the Governor to have to always talk about his weight. It's ok to bully overweight people, but if you talk about blacks, latinos or gays, THEN it's "wrong". Bullying is Bullying, and overweight people get bullied DAILY.

I struggled - for years- until I had gastric bypass almost 3 years ago. Before? 330lbs and a 50" waist. Now? 172 lbs and 32" waist. Bestt thing I EVER did (for myself and those that love me!)

Is it really that hard to stop pontificating? Could your life endure such intense media scrutiny and Schadenfreude? Citizens of New Jersey should simply be grateful that their governor is a straight-talking, self-effacing guy named Christie and not Menendez. Yes, it's impossible but I would so love to see a Christie-Cuomo (or vice versa) ticket - perhaps that dynamic duo could shame Washington out of its petty, bitchy, self-inflicted paralysis.
