2008 MOTD Sunrise Drive

A sunrise drive put together my Aaron (Agranger)through the Smoky Mountain National Park. The drive originated at Fontana Village in North Carolina and made its way up route 28 to the Dragon (hwy 129)and up into Tennessee and the Foothills Parkway. This is where I parted company with the Sunrise Drive group because of prior commitments but I'm told the drive only got better from there.
Next year, I will join the group for the entire drive.

Very nice. I'm looking to sell my Nissan Maxima and get a Mini soon. Not sure if I want the regular coupe or the clubman. Perhaps I can join up with you guys as I already live in NC :) (that is all assuming this is the dragon)

It sure is the Dragon..It starts out with a breifing at Fontana Village and then off to the Dragon with the last scene being at the Foothills Parkway in TN.

Hope to see you in your new MINI when you bring it to MOTD 2009.
