Gog and Magog Ezekiel 38 and 39

Why do all these modern day "prophecy teachers" tell us that this battle is about to happen any day now, and they are trying to make current events around the world fir into it? That is just not the case, and a simple reading of the passage in the proper context will show you that.

@wordprophet Do you really think Jesus read from the English bible that you posses? NO! The truth is that if you read the the scriptures in the their original language MANY things will make sense. The Hebrew vocabulary used to define the weapons of war in Ezekiel do not specify what is printed in your English bible. Ever wonder why theres dozens of different English translations to the bible? Learn some Hebrew and Greek and you might understand. You sir are no prophet and should change your tag

@Kinjaffa Neighbor, the reason the English Bible says bow, arrow, and sword, is because that is the word of God. You have been deceived by the witchcraft of theology, the serpent's trickery to fool you into thinking that the word of God doesn't mean what it says, based on pretended knowledge of Hebrew and Greek. @JESSEN1975 the reason why your bible referes to bows, arrow, swords and stuff like that is because it is in ENGLISH. if you read the HEBREW text the languages does not specifically state such weapons. Rather, it loosely refers to the use ranged weapons, fighting instruments.

Good question. The reason for this is found in passages like Isaiah 2:1-4. When Jesus returns, he and his people will destroy all the weapons of war in the world. But, at the end of the 1,000 years of the Day of the LORD (Revelation 20:7-9) Satan will again emerge to make war against the people of God. This is when the weapons you mentioned will be fashioned, even as in the days of old.

I was wondering why no mordern warfare system be used and why horses and swords and shieldare used. If they can have horses and swords and shields, they can very well have missiles and tanks and fighter jets..

Modern names Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the Palestinians, and Syria.

This is why this war is going to lead into Ezekiel 38-39 and we can see the Psalms 83 war coming into play in the Middle East right now also the Ezekiel
