Pop down to your local library, while you're brushing up your Cornish history. They should be able to tell you about adult literacy classes. That should iron out the problems in your spelling and punctuation. p.s. If you're using mobile phone speak, why use "our" instead of "are"? Surely "r" would be shorter!

call me stupid, but, is the just a boiler, with no water tanks, or is there some somehwere that i cant see?

It's a "well tank", which means that water is held in a small tank between the frames. Capacity is very limited as a result. I think the idea is to keep the centre of gravity as low as possible.
