@jameyc1 i do not refrigerate my olive oil....and there are several schools of thought on the vitamin retention when boiling versus steaming and in my opinion and research there is very little difference...peace

I have heard that you lose a lot of the nutrients by boiling and this makes the most sense to me. I would go with steaming.

Hello Mike, did you know that you kill all the nutrients, vitamines and all the good stuff out of your vegies when you cook them... Did you try to eat the malabar raw in a salad .. ? Perhaps this would be a good idea although I dont think the hard part could be eaten, perhaps just the leaves.
