Manny Pacquiao dodges May 5 Floyd Mayweather fight

When will WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao fight Floyd Mayweather, Jr.? Pacquiao has so far evaded committing to a May 5 fight at the MGM in Last Vegas. Is Pacquiao chicken?

Given their records, a Pacquiao-Mayweather bout would be the fight of the century! Pacquiao is 53-6-1 with 39 KOs. Mayweather is 42-0-0 with 26 KOs.

Mayweather wants to fight on May 5 before he reports to prison on a domestic violence rap. A judge delayed his sentence so he could fight on that date.

Pacquiao's promoters want to wait for the completion of a larger venue to accommodate a larger crowd and earn a bigger purse, or so they say. They could just be waiting to fight Mayweather after he's done his time and isn't in prime condition.

I totally agree. My god mom is Filipina. If any group of people that have good kind hearts its Filipinos. Thats what I've experienced personally. When Filipino families get together they are together like it should be!
