  • It's not them. It's the composer. Don't get the two mixed up. The choir is fine. I'm not sure if I like the piece but the choir does a good job with it.

Just because you don't like a piece doesn't mean that the choir's bad.

  • make me cry this piece...is so strong and beautiful. BRAVI

  • definetly like the coreography that the girls do.

ive always wanted to be in a choir like that one. all the ones ive been in are much less skilled than i would have liked

  • The choir you heard in Venice is Victoria Junior College. This choir is their alumni, Victoria Chorale and this particular song they are singing is for a competition in China. So yup, you wouldn't have heard it in Venice. =)

  • class of '06! Woo!!! ;p

  • I know. I know the alumni better than the newer guys, being that I am also an alumni who competed in the same category with them. ;p

  • Ouh you mean Victoria Junior College Choir. Nah this ain't them. This is their alumni.

  • lol... yep, this is the choir that scored Gold Level 5 in G3 Category in Venice 2006 for MCI. If my choir didn't hold back all the good pieces of music, I think it would have been a close competition. ;p Although I don't remember hearing this one in Venice.

  • If I am not wrong, it's written in the piece. The weird movements. I think there is another video on this song in which the composer himself is conducting the choir. And they did the same weird jerking movements.

  • watzup with all that spastic spasms?

Looks so weird ........ for awhile i thought my screen was jerking ........ but no ... they were the ones jerking ........ like i said, weird.

  • FYI, the choreography was mostly stated in the scores by the composer. only 5% of it was improvised by the choir. Due the competition judging criteria, the choir had to stick closely to the composer's interpretation.
