i use Aquilla SSS 60grn Subsonic in my Buckmark/Outback2 , its really great quiet ammo, you should check it out Aquilla SniperSubSonic 60 grain, and it even cycles

I would just like to add that the cameras Microphone isn't adjusting quickly enough to tell the difference in shots when he alternated rounds in that magazine.
However, I can tell you from first hand experience - that you need no hearing protection when shooting regular, or sub sonic ammo through a silencer -
