How did the game designers intend stealth and damage from sneak attack dice on critical hits to work in the game? The contentious question is finally cleared up at the GENCON 2008 D&D 4th Edition R&D Seminar.
So are they saying by this that you can only use stealth with superior cover once your target has pinpointed your location? (i.e. if your location has been pinpointed, concealment is not sufficient to use stealth to become unseen.) If so, that has significant impact on the warlock's shadow step.
