Ottey will receive a lifetime achievement award in Jamaica, the country of her birth at the end of January.So those saying she fled Ja, or was kicked out, dream on. Ottey's husband is from Slovenia, she knew there where lots of sprinters coming up, the vcb,saf,e.t.c she simply would not make the team at her , so she went to Slovenia.
