I agree with your holism and anti-reductionism, but the details of your video are confused. Chaos theory includes fractals and non-linearity, but they are not the same thing. Weather has little to do with fractals, but is a non-linear effect. Heraclitus' saying has to do with change vs permanence, not complexity. In medical studies factor analysis is essential. The basic problem is seeing our abstractions as reality = Whitehead's fallacy of misplaced concreteness. Peace, DP

but science and some philosophy is like no, eventually we'll find the source of the source of the source of the unsourced source. in morality, politics, ethics, aesthetics, chemistry, biology, psychology, everything. but as soon as we answer one thing, another question arises. one thing leads to another. everything is the source of everything. atoms are kind of like god when you think about it.
i wonder if these two philosophies can ever be reconciled in some way. can there be a third option.
