Love this recording being a trumpet player myself, the baroque trumpets really make it sound gutsy, which is awesome and not the case for most recordings I've found. Some research I did on brass use in the 18th century found that brass instruments during that period were played much, MUCH louder and brasher than today, so indeed this is a more historically accurate recording and I like it quite a bit xD
