Just as the rights of Americans are neither international nor foreign affairs, the rights of Tibetan Chinese and Chinese nationalities are the afffairs of the Chinese nationalities under the jurisdiction of the PRC.
Is it moral hypocrisy or brain-washed self delusion to fight the evil regimes of torture, corporal punnishment, and slavery when the world's largest military industrial complex and the "Lying Terrorist Regime of the USA" finance and practice all three?

re: The world has moved on since the last CIA drop in the sixties
Since Tibetans already fought for modernization and have for their equal rights, cultural autonomy, self-determination and national security (from the evil Chinese regime), why are the CIA-NED-MI6-OSI and governments (and NGOs) getting themselves in massive debts to fund international psyops and arm non-Chinese citizens to fight for freedom which Tibetan Chinese already have n fought for? What of debts?

Moreover, several of these Tibetan treaties in question were made with states not recognized by the League of Nations to have statehood or made under disputed and illegal conditions by international law.
Also, the recognized and enthroned reincarnation of the 13th Dalai Lama was born in 1935 in Takster village, Qinghai province of Republic of China suggesting that Tibet is a part of China and not independent of China as late as 1935. Numerous other supportive evidence.

As of 1951, with the negotiated and rectified unified national defense agreement and the two Tibetan government cables, the legal status of Tibet that it is under the jurisdiction of China and was not invaded or occupied by China canot be denied; therefore, Tibetan treaties made prior to 1951 are legally irrelevant as proof of statehood or sovereignty.
