I just (this time for real) started a new lifting program (deadlifts, squats, GHRs, RDLs...) to increase my vertical and gain some weight.

The bottom of the vent I'm trying to touch in this video is around 315cm high (ca. 10'3''). I will have to measure it though.

(Man! I was soooo wrong. It is only 10 feet high. So my SV. sucks even more. On the other hand it has never been that good anyway.)

I can almost touch it off vertical and running I touch it easily.

Height: 5'11' without shoes
Reach: 7'10' with shoes
Weight: 189lbs

p.s.: I know there are tons of kids out there jumping higher than I do but I don't wanna compare myself with them. I wanna compare myself with myself and nobody else. Next month I will upload another vid with the same vent. ;)
