Nikon Coolpix P500 Superzoom Camera Easy Panorama Photographs - First Tests

Brief video showing three 180 Degree Easy Panorama shots created with the new Nikon Coolpix P500 Digital Bridge Camera.

These were taken handheld without a tripod. The camera likes you to make the movement in about 15 seconds - which feels quite fast. It's faster than the playback of these example pic's.

I don't think these look unnatural - there are no strange curves or bends.

The files are about 500k each (compared to 5MB for the 12MP standard photos) with dimensions of 3200 x 560 pixels.

The images ARE easy to acquire (particularly in good light) but if you are demanding - perhaps you won't think there is enough detail.

i hate the border of the 180 degree,do the 360 degree.

@Spinzai You Have to Put in "Scene Mode" You go to "Menu" and select the option "Panorama" you can switch between 180º or 360º.
