To be sweetly broken is to be ridden of yourself, your pride. To be ridden of everything that holds you back from the fullness of God's love. To be lost at the thought of deep love. To be transformed by His power. To never be the same again. Broken for Him, broken down in front of Him giving Him all control.
"Getting into the presence of God is the easy part, but surrendering yourself, all your desires is the hard part. Surrendering everything that has your attention, everything that has captivated your heart more than God. No matter what that is we have to surrender it. Break down the walls between us and Him and we are sweetly broken.
"Sweetly broken, wholly surrendered."

But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.
