Having all your weaps on your mouse is a nice way to go, I use a Logitech G5 with the following settings;
shok - roll forward
flak - roll back
mini - roll button left
rox - roll button right
LG / super weap - thumb button 1 (pipeswitched)
bio / link - thumb button 2 (pipeswitched)
shield gun / trans - E key (pipeswitched)
toss weap - middle mouse
makes it nice not needing to take your fingers off of the WASD keys

how to switch weapon fast?

Merry Xmas! So, you should bind the weapons to specific keys, like (for me) R=Rocket Launcher, F=Flak Cannon, X=Shock rifle, C=Lightning Gun. And you can switch weapons so fast this way. I also recommend to set the weapon models to hidden (instead of left/rigt/centre), as it can improve your aim. With hidden weapon models, you identify weapons by their specific crosshairs.
