i got it and itsv really slow it takes like 2 mins to load a new project. specifications of pc:

1.6ghz intel atom n270
1gb ram
160gb hard drive

VS 2010 is a great piece of software and if you want to stick with the latest and greatest, you're going to have to upgrade.
