Cold Case Profile #2: Homicide of Melvin Seals

The Metropolitan Police Department continues to investigate the homicide of Melvin Seals on April 26, 2008 at 2:00 AM. Mr. Seals was fatally shot in the 1200 block of Morse Street, NE, in Washington, DC.
