Millions of Americans could lose their homes this year and next as the rate of foreclosures across the United States rises to the highest in decades. The foreclosure crisis has worsened despite ongoing efforts by some lenders and the government to help borrowers manage their mortgage payments. It costs just about the same to build a bigger house compared with a small one. The builders justify their high prices, the buyers like big houses, the tax revenues are higher, China made huge economics growth by selling Americans junks to fill their houses...The government was happy that a lot of people own homes! Happy time is over, the party is over! Happiness is a step too close to suffering!
