my dad trained. when he first start he was really small only about 100 pounds and he could bench press probably 80. my dad got him to a point around benching 350lbs and then he went and did his own thing. my dad was originally from pasadena, maryland and they still keep in touch. kevin is an amazing guy who never for gets the little people. definitely one of my idols
