Lot of complaints here but i love my Cricut Mini. I had bought the personal Cricut cutter a couple years ago and liked it but this one has a lot more options now that I have it hooked up to the craft room. I'm experimenting. I just etched glass for the first time and I'm making some lovely ornaments or Chruistmas. So far I'm pleased. However, I do agree about the mats. Wish they'd stay sticky longer. Thanks for the Stick and Spray tip!

I was so torn on the fence between buying this machine vs the silhouette. I decided to go the silhouette way!!! It does not require u to buy catridges and u can cut your own images! I am a graphics art designer and I needed something where I could cut my own animals and birds before selling the designs and the silhouette lets me do that! Its a bit pricy in the sense there is no machine for 119$. Need to pay arnd 300$ for a basic machine but ur cost stops there! No more spending $ on catridges!!!

not impressed..the org. cricut or expression would be a better buy...you can but the orginal cricut for under $100 now a days that has more funtions to it.

Bite my truetype fonts!!!! (Translation: I already have plenty of Cricuit machines. If this new baby won't make use of the Truetype fonts on my PC, I'll buy a silhouette instead. I love my bugs so my fingers are crossed that it will.

I bought my first cricut, the first one and it was less than $100.00.

When will this come out?

I make my mats last longer by spraying Crafters Companions Stick and Spray. As long as you spray it on the card and not the mat its ok
@MeriScrapper13 read our review of the CC Stick and Spray, the solution to this problem.
