@stirling123 Thanks for the feedback (appreciated). Yeah, they are a bit pricey, but very cheap when compared to a similar performing fixed wing aircraft - and I can maintain the machine myself ;)

Those QuikRs are great machines. A bit expensive though. Very nice video.

Looking for a way into flying at a lower cost and considering microlights over sailplane gliding. Thinking on going along to the York club for a look around and maybe a flight.

@acward2007 You probably mean Rufford. Great Airfield with some top people. If you have not already done so, do a search in Google for "microlight forum", the guy who runs it (Vince) also flies from York.

Fantastic machine! 105(mph) out of a microlight and low level - what a buzz that must have been.
Respect!
Great clip, please post more ;-)

@acward2007 Many thanks for your comment. The Aircraft will actually do 120mph (VNE) but it gets very windy at that speed. Hope to upload some more footage very soon.

The QickR is a dream for me. I now fly an Antares with a 582 and Still17 wing. One day I hope to be able to afford maybe a used QickR. Nice flying. There is a video of my trike at jessicasflight. I took a fellow hang glider pilots daughter for her first trike ride
