is this by any chance ball branch in knott ky? if so that is where my great grandparents were members. used to go when i was little and we would visit. regardless this video made me cry. i miss that singing and preaching. and a baptismal tub just doesn't have the same feel as an old fashioned baptism at the creek. i can't find anything like it where i live. thanks for posting.

reminds me of my grandparents, both of them were old regular baptist.. i miss them dearly.. These words were copy from a other comment but I can't fine any other words to replace them. My grandfather was woodrow DYE of printer , KY a lifetime member at pigrams rest price KY and rest with my grandmother near to the church at the little /stumbo/dye cemteray.

I have been raised in the old regular baptist church and actually was born in the Appalachian mtn area. I absolutely love the old time way and can't see any other way, and I love hearing the old time singing. Especially when they all get together at an association, it's beautiful. If I may ask, what church is this?

Ive been going since I was around 2 weeks old to ORB and when I hear them sing it puts me to ease. Im 26 now and still love to hear them.

Needless to say, I'm guessing not to many Baptisms are performed there in the wintertime! I really enjoyed the video and the balladeers were great! We just don't see these "old tyme" Baptisms here in So. Cal.

@ljmuncy09 I"m not mistaken i have read the bible.i have been told only apostolics and united pentelcostels are going to heaven. wow i guess all us baptists and every christian r goinging to hell. and IF it is as plain as that why!!!!!!!!! does all churches follow this? I can tell you this jesus only is a man made. the bible speaks of the father and the son and the holy spirit all throught out the bilble.not jesus being all 3.
