Friends of ours are tearing down their house and building a new one. This is about 2.5 hours of demolition compressed into 2 minutes

If they pass the cap and trade bill all of the old houses will see the same fate, it will be cheaper to demolish them than to bring them up to Energy -Star compliance. And you won't be able to sell them.

@6969Wolf6969 He stated the reason, to build a new house. It's called progress.  Are you some California hippy that likes to protect old buildings with other peoples money? IE - Start a non-profit organization, get tax dollars and be a pain in the ass to anyone trying to do something.

why did you have to wreck it? that is a really cool house and you just destroyed it for no reason. what is the world coming too. That was a beautiful old house and now it's gone, just so you could make a video on youtube.

Very nice job. so few of the demo vids on here show operators that know what they are doing. This operator knows exactly what to do.
