  • 10 more days until SWTOR time!

  • Lip sync i a bitch...

  • almost 3 years and we're still here, bleeding, waiting ,.. .

  • @BiggNEO Your choice of course.. I prefer P2P as I've had no good experiences with free online games, I just don't find them very good or entertaining for that matter.. But to each his own..

  • @DarkSigiles: Yeah, I know....like I said with BURNOUT PARADISE, you could see the DLC area, but you could not get into it if you didn't buy it. Oh and FYI, the entire PLANET is filled with "have's" and "don't have's", no need for it to be different for online play. I'll lookinto the game, if it comes with 2+ months of free online, I MIGHT....MIGHT buy it. If it comes with none, I'll be leaving it on the shelf.

  • @BiggNEO The problem with optional DLC is that it can divide a server in "have's" and "don't have's". It will probably be advantages to owning the DLC and people might feel pressured to buy the DLC to keep up with others. But of course this is a matter of opinion, I myself prefer the monthly fee solution.

  • @DarkSigiles: You shouldn't get it for free. It should be released as DLC. Make it an option for you to buy it. Like that game BURNOUT PARADISE. It had 2 or 3 diff DLCs attatched to it and if you didn't buy it, you could not go into that part of the game. You could see it ( visually in the game ), but you could not gain access to the expanded area. Note that DLC is not the same as a monthly fee ( like with an MMO ).

  • @BiggNEO You buy the game, this is true, money to the team that made the game. But MMOs usually have content added continuously that people spend time and money creating, things that expand upon your game experience. Why should you get all that extra post-release content for free?
