@Aerensiniac He bent over to offer to help him up. He asked if he was okay. Shortly after that a Cop came & told Hill that he'll help the dude up. After the game, Hill found the guy in the wheelchair & they talked it up for a while. On top of all that, it was a fucking accident and the guy in the chair has been attending UF games for 20+ years & is a huge fan.
