The forward lunge is great for adding some definition as mass to your quads. Keep your shoulders back and be careful not to lean to far forward, you don't want your chest past your knees, keep your back straight and head forward. For some extra resistance use a weighted chest harness, flat plat across your chest or (2) dumbbells (1) for each hand.
