Quake 3 - Final Tier : The Very End of You

Part of a series of videos showing the game Quake III Arena developed by ID Software. I do not show the first level (fighting against Crash) because the game frequently freezes when Crash spawns. Needless to say, this gets very frustrating. There are no map transitions, only Tier transitions which simply adds more opponents to beat and playable maps. It is obvious I am playing at Nightmare difficulty, and for the first time since my Doom 3 Map videos, you get to see me die. Enjoy =)

how do i put the colour letters to my nick?

In the text area for putting in your name, you can use ^ ([Shift] + [6]) and then a number 1 - 0 to set a desired color. For longer names or using many different colors, you can do the same thing in the console with the command: name

I'm thinking of doing Ultimate Doom next, but I gotta get my tribute for Q3 up first. Might take a little break as well since I did 2 games without one.

I've been playing Quake Live for a bit, but I miss the gore... It's just not the same without it.

the music in this stage is the best of the game. It's like he will beat you only with his bare hands like a kung fu movie scene.
