So you were there? Kewl. Just so I know what was the name of the town?

I was there, obviously, as I shot the footage. As the clip description says, this was filmed in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, at the 2007 Mariposa Folk Festival - in the beer tent, only steps from Lake Couchiching. People were actually in the lake swimming behind the trees you can see to the right of the stage.

It sounded a lot better live. That was shot through a very small cammera.

Actually, this was shot through a Fuji Finepix S9000, a fairly expensive digital camera - not one of your tiny hand size models. The problem is that to post to youtube, one has to downsize the file. Sound quality on my original footage is much better.

I was at this performance. was my first time at the folk fest, and my first time hearing these guys, and Ive been listening to them ever since. :) My advice: If you have a chance to go to the folk fest, do it.. soo many good musicians and just a weekend filled with good music, good friends and an overall great atmosphere. so check it out!
