Irreversibility and the dare to Forgive

This film is about the student exchange between Aleh Lod High School ( Tel aviv/ Israel) and Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn High School( Forst(Lausitz)/Germany). This year in september the Israeli visited us and next year in march we will fly to them. The exchange was more than only a meeting from students of two schools. It was a meeting from to nations, which have to reappraise the past. Some young people take the view, that a person in our age, should not feel guilty for that what hashappened under the nazi regime. That is partly true, but nevertheless it is no apology to rest. We cannot change the past, but we can do a lot for a better future.
