Hi, I'm eating raw food too, I'm in my Phase 2 week 6 so far is great, for me works good hemp seed butter smoothies, coconut water with spirulina, big salads and during exercises, if i felt tired I drink water with agave and salt, you have to find what works for you, this is what works for me after tried few things , so I hope this help you and keep doing Raw Food is the best way to get back your health in the natural way.
