9/24/11 landslide and continued flooding from Irene.. now petroleum gunk??

No one is touching the hill. The natural creek being blocked where it was pouring into out parking lot is now filling the side of our back yard and is spilling back into the parking lot. The pump hose(now moved to the middle of the parking lot) is not long enough to reach the curb and is now ruining our front yard and creating a slippery hazard for the sidewalk and is filling our neighbors walk and gutter with krud, mixed with petroleium gunk! It's impossible. We need professional help to deal with this.
