MazdaSpeed 3 CAI sound

You can acually hear the turbo spool...gives a nice sound for just adding the CAI.

Maybe you can answer this one.. When you installed the Intake, what did you have to do to make it VTA, or "Blowoff"? Did it just become more pronounced with the installation of the intake or did you switch something>? >>>??

It just became more pronounced after the install...no extra doing at all.

I drove a Speed3 with the same Intake. Super bad! and you could hear a respectable amount of sound from the stock bov, or bpv, whichever it is. N00B.

@jkrom34 @bUMf1GHT Yah he's right. I work for Mazda also.. they can void your warranty even just for not doing scheduled maintenance. The car can be bone stock, if you don't take care of it, they wont pay to fix what's wrong with it. Plain and simple.

i work for mazda... they can void your warranty even if the parts did not directly cause the failure, they can void your warranty if you come in and pay for an oil change and the technician notices aftermarket parts... most won't cause they aren't a holes but this is why you must always be nice

mazda can't actually void your warranty unless they can prove that the aftermarket add on caused the problem.
