india retain its ranking 'coz of vvs laxman ,,its laxman who saves matches and also make losed matches win for india,,bot all credit is going to dhoni who did nothing ,nothing in his batting nothing in captainsy but no credit for vvs and no advertisement for vvs whyyy???

I have to say Laxman has aged really well. He is well preserved. Looking at this grainy black and white footage, i suppose he must be like a 100 years old by now.

dead rubber...useless innings. SRT was captain of this 1999-2000 tour down under. He topped the averages with 45 odd. Next was a whopping 15 runs less - Ganguly at 29 or so and then Dravid a distant 18 or something..
This inspite of two horrendously bad decisions SRT got..
