I just watched A GOOD DAY TO BE BLACK AND SEXY. This interview was a nice look at the directer. This movie has wonderful unknown actors. I enjoyed the vignettes. Good job to Dennis Dortch and all that were involved in this project.

The only people who would think that this film is for black people are the close minded ones. I don't care if the title was "Only watch if you are purple"!
If you have common sense, you would know the all humans live on earth, and despite our colour, we all live the same. We eat, we cry, we have relationships, we fight, we experiment, we make mistakes, we grow. There is always SOMETHING you can learn! Those who can't relate to the movie because it has "black people" are ppl who have no vision.

I am inspiring filmmaker and this film was the best I've seen in black cinema in a long time. I probably could relate to most of the male characters so it was a lil flash back for me. This film have inspired me with new ideas to show us in a positive and realistic light. Good job brotha good job....

I got the opportunity to see this film and I really enjoyed how Dennis represented the different facets of black people's relationships. I mean these are some of the same issues that all people are going through but we rarely see them about black people on the screen. Good job! Keep it moving Dennis!
