The Harvard Green Campus Initiative is doing a great job of educating students, faculty, and staff on how to be environmentally responsible. Here at Harvard Medical School, we are currently getting new ceiling lights with motion, heat, and sound detectors installed in all the labs, offices, and hallways. These lights will shut off automatically when nobody is around. The pilot program determined that automating the lights saves $100,000/year in electricity per building.

all this "green" talk is really just anti-capitalist, anti-growth politics disguised as the "environmental movement"
