Gaeta, Italy

Gaeta is a medieval coastal town between Naples and Anzio Italy. There are some nice restaurants around the central park where we stopped and had lunch.

Wonderful place to live, all the charm of a coastal city and to have one of the best beaches in Italy. Lived on VIa Atratina long ago. Thanks for the images

I'm a military brat! ha. my father was stationed there. its where I met my first love and we still remain in contact to this day. it was a wonderful experience living in another country and learning their way of life that is so different then ours. i'll go back again some day. it feels like i'm going home.

I went to school in 1978-1980 in Gaeta. I miss it so much.

i was stationed here from 1982 -1984 on the uss puget sound...beautiful area

Glad you enjoied you time there in Gaeta it is gorgeous little town that remind a bit of Montecarlo.... but more nice :) and food is awesome did you taste "Tiella"?

Yes ... we didn't realize that we only saw the old section. After we posted the video we received many comments about the other parts of Geta ... opps we missed things. Unfortunately as we came off the SS we were directed to this section. Next time we will do a better job of researching the locations. Thanks for your comment.
