    lol when did we start speaking of managers?but anyway I can say Arsenal is in transition becoz 1st of all pretty obvious the stadium whose debt was over 450 mils & debts aren't repaid in overnights & is long term plan still most of it is repaid by the revenue generated & player sales in this meantime, also we don't have cash rich owners to whom we can go & ask for 30-50 mils in each transfer window to buy as the way utd asked glazers for several buys over the years now & same for chelsea & city.
