This guy has no idea how evolution works. A group of lizard were placed in an island as an experiment to see how would they adopt to this new environment. Within a decade those lizard had a different jew structure and diet. A large population of them died, the one which remained alive were those who adapoted. They no longer could breed with the original species which they belong to.
