here are the lyrics:
Lemme introduce you
To the periodic table
Heres Group 1, and its not very stable
In nature they arent found in elemental form
They might be found in a little chemists dorm
Theres Lithium, Sodium, Potassium, and more
The rest of the alkalis are for you to explore
Alkaline earth metals are in group two,
Losing 2 electrons is what they pursue
Theres Calcium, Barium, Radium and Strontium
Which burned bright red like ms. O had said
Then theres group 3, heres what you will see
Boron to Thallium, Aluminum and Gallium
Some of them are metallic, but others nonmetallic
Found in metals ores or in your kitchen drawer
Now heres group four, yes theres more
Carbons in this group, and probably in your soup
Their reactivity increases, as you go down,
Causing it to decrease, when you turn around
Now let us dive, into group five,
The first ones nitrogen, it rhymes with glycogen
Then theres arsenic, thatll make you sick
Lastly theres Bismuth, a number of 83,
A white crystalline metal is what you will see
Now heres group six, theyre easy to mix
They are reactive, attractive, maybe radioactive
Theres Oxygen, selenium, Tellurium and Polonium
Charge of minus two, this you shouldve knew
Here in group seven, we see the halogens
They have one more electron than the oxygens
Fluorine, Chlorine, pale yellow and green
These are very toxic, so I wouldnt lick
Lastly group eight, which u cant hate
They make neon bright lights in the darkest nights
These noble gasses, brighten as someone passes
They are very stable, thats the end of the table
Thanks for your time, listening to this rhyme,
That was an introduction, a periodic production
