God of War ( PS2 ) defeat minotaur E-Z way

Here is the easy way to beat the minotaur.
The key is to exploit the bad a.i by standing in the stairs.
It takes a while to beat it in this way ( about 10 minutes, VERY boring) but it is guaranteed victory.

If you stand at the top where the logs are, you can beat him just as easy as long as you're not so retarded that you don't understand the basics of blocking and dodging

Or, you can spam L1 + Triangle in the air to breeze past the first few stages and then use the wrath of the gods to take down the final form.
