Mitch Daniels: "As you know we are bringing property taxes way down in Indiana, and in two years no Hoosier will pay more than 1% of a home's value. But the job is not done. To secure this tax cut against reversal by some judge of future legislature we need to amend our constitution and that takes a vote of the people. Before you vote this Fall ask your candidates to pledge that they'll vote to let you vote for permanent property tax relief. We are so close to locking some of America's lowest property taxes. Help us finish the job."
