Around 5:30, not exact: Cursing was NEVER reportable. The rule WAS and still IS that you can't direct the cursing. As in you could ALWAYS say "oh shit fuck damn I just died shit", whereas saying "oh shit fuck damn you ass hole fucker" was reportable. You've always been allowed to use profanity, as long as not directed to people.

@SoullessDeparture JaGex has said that the censor blocks anything offensive, therefor protecting you from anything offensive. After the removal, you're not allowed to direct it at anyone. I highly doubt JaGex cares if I say "fuck" when dying. As for the whole, "there's people who are younger and might be offended", I refer to what you said; adults primarily play this game, and it should be expected that it'll come up. Also, you turned the censor off, my ramblings offending you are your fault.
