@Mendy0904 I feel the same as you. I lived in TC for 14 years. I moved there in 1971...the place was still open. I used to ride my bike on the grounds and you caould hear the shouts an screams of some of the patients that were stll living there before they shut he place down.
I'm from this area and alot of this building have been renovated into businesses and condos :) nice to see they are doing something with such an extraordinary architectural feature in TC.
@napoleon1051 If they didn't renovate the place, it would have been demolished entirely years ago. So actually, its a really GOOD thing.
