Hey, the guy behind you definitely isn't Dutch, he is pronouncing it wrong too (although he got the G-sound right). An he can't say pannenkoeken (pancakes) properly. He also does not have a Dutch accent. You can lookup the right pronounciation at wikipedia.

That so called Dutch person isn't Dutch at all. He sounds like a Russian and he has a huge accent.
If u wanna know the proper pronunciation you should watch the episode of QI (QI - The Pronunciation of Van Gogh ). You will hear a real Dutch person pronounce it:) So, @UltimateSonicFan0001; I'm sorry, but you are wrong as well....

If you're going to call yourself Mr. Pronunciation, learn IPA. And get a guy who realizes that accent and pronunciation are different. If not, then someone who doesn't speak the language can't pronounce with words directly.
Anyways, look up the ipa on Google, and say that.
